Physicals

 Once again this year Gridley Medical will be providing no cost physicals as a service to the community for GYF&C.  The dates will be as follows:

May 14, 2010 - 2:30-5:00 PM (Mighty Mite Football, Jr. PeeWee Football and ALL Cheer Squads)

May 21, 2010 - 2:30-5:00 PM (PeeWee Football, Jr. Midget Football and Midget Football)

Please realize that this is a free service, and Gridley medical will not provide free physicals at any other time that you may have an appointment.  If you would like to schedule a free physical outside of the above listed dates and times, please contact Anita Holland from the "contacts" section and she will try to work with you.
