You can print forms from this site and also pay the player fee using PayPal or a Credit Card! Midget Team Equipment Return All Midget team pads and equipment must be handed in Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 5:30 at the GYFC locker room. Coaches will be there to take clean organized equipment. |

Practice Day and Time ChangeStarting the week of August 22nd practice will be changing to Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30-7:30. Please make note of this so that you will be on time when picking up your players. There will be no more Monday practices! Exception: During fair week, 8/22-8/24 we will be practicing Monday-Wednesday as Thursday the fair will have the normal parking area for the high school blocked off. The following week we will resume with Tuesday-Thursday practices. |
